Hey everyone!

Just a quick update to let you know I’ve updated the online webstore. There are some new categories to browse through and am no longer advertising items we don’t sell, well almost (we’ll get there eventually). Some new products as well, mostly out of stock for the moment but will arrive if there is any demand.

An online item also went on sale for $4.99, the Prismarine Realms Private Reserve. As part of the 1.1 server update, we’re introducing a private world for a small group of like-minded creative players who can collaborate freely with each other to make great works. The money goes towards funding the server and keeping it online, it also prevents the general public from ruining your talented works. The sale ends on 10/01/2015 as part of our first month 1.8 beta promotion.

Twitch live streams

Hey everyone!

Haven’t posted here in a while but don’t worry we’re still quite active elsewhere. In fact we’ve been live streaming on Twitch.tv! Some of which you can find on our YouTube channel. So far we’ve live streamed Garry’s Mod, Minecraft and Pokémon Omega Ruby.

Here is a list of the streams available on YouTube:

These are full length recordings of the live streams (generally about 1 hour long). Highlight edits are currently unavailable for live streams, but feel free to skim through the full recordings to parts that may interest you. Unfortunately due to current events I can’t guarantee a set schedule for the Pokémon series, but our general time slot is every Friday at 9pm AEDT.

We plan to incorporate the live stream to the homepage of duel95.com soon enough for convenience. Until then, we have updated the Contact Us page with some social media links – you can also find these on the YouTube channel.

Forums Closure & Section updates

Just a quick message to anyone checking the website. The Duel 95 Forums (est. 2011) have officially closed today due to inactivity (spambots excluded). Sorry if this inconveniences anyone, although it probably won’t.

Along with the Forums, we have also removed the Minecraft section from the website as it will now be outsourced to Mark’s Mania. There are plans for more removals which will take place over time. This is to ensure content is valid and gives a better focus on sections where content can be produced.

Some content from the Minecraft section will be moved to a new ‘Server’ section which will contain content for all our server functions (Minecraft, Garry’s Mod, etc.).

Hey all, just another quick update (posted from my iPad) regarding further development on current projects. The podcast is still underway, hoping for the first recording to be done by this week so it can be published next monday or the monday after. Just some more preparation required for that. In regards to the video, it could be anything, released on or just before Easter.

Hey all!

So we finally have an updated News and Updates system that doesn’t require manually editing HTML files, although the initial duel95.com had Tumblr. and Twitter feeds, so updating news will be much easier with support for collaboration. This also includes the release of a new weekly technology podcast which will be available shortly. I will note that there have actually been various unannounced updates made on the site since 24/02/13, so the website is still active but will become much more active this year in comparison.

Anyway, just a quick update. More very soon!
